The Opportunity Center- Easterseals is looking for an outgoing, productive, customer-oriented individual to join our print shop team! This position consists of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. These responsibilities will include: responding to customer requests, collecting payments, coordinating services, ability to communicate professionally and working well with a team.
Primary Responsibilities
- First point of customer contact.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Receive, quote, and process orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Promote and recommend products to fit customers' needs.
- Retrieve and process completed orders, including payments.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience recommended.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. - Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure.
- Computer skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Possess aa strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30.
