This is a Full Time Customer Service Position.
OEC has been servicing the office supply, furniture and printing needs in the Mobile area for nearly 50 years. We are looking for individuals with strong oral and written communication skills to provide excellent customer service and sales support.
Our customer base is found in all industries, manufacturing, institutional, healthcare, government, commercial, retail, etc. We strive to the provide competitively priced products that meet our customers’ needs all while delivering unparalleled service.
Qualification and Requirements
- Excellent verbal (in person and over the phone) and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong multitasking skills
- Must be able to work independently and with a team
- A Professional and Enthusiastic Approach to servicing customer needs and providing sales support
- Be Strong, Resourceful and Coachable
- Work on-site
- Reliable Transportation
