HEVI is a manufacturer of all electric industrial vehicles and clean energy equipment. We are the first company to commercially offer clean and sustainable industrial sized vehicles for industries dominated by heavy emission combustion equipment. Our mission is to lead the effort for a cleaner tomorrow by providing clean alternatives to heavy emission equipment. We are looking for driven candidates to join our company and help drive our mission for a clean and sustainable future. We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to exceed the expectations of our clients and customers. We are seeking a professional, well-spoken candidate for responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the needs and questions of our existing clients to ensure our products are exceeding their expectations
• Be a resource to our clientele with tips, best practices and opportunities to better utilize our products to support their business
• Engage client inquiries received by phone, email or in person
• Collaborate within cross functional teams; act as a liaison between operations functions and customers to manage expectations on delivery schedules, order fulfillment and service needs
• Maintain and keep current records, reports, and customer data

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Caring about customers, team members and the community

Qualifications

• An associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Customer Service: 2 year
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
