Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
Metz Environmental Services is hiring within our Facilities Department in Slippery Rock, PA. We are hiring for a Custodial Manager. We are a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high quality service and care to our client-partners and the community. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
· Monitor all the daily operations of the custodial department
· Conduct quality assurance inspections to maintain our set standards of cleanliness
· Hire and train custodial staff
· Oversee the housekeeping department budget, monitoring inventory
· Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
· Assist the department director with organization and management of department
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Well-versed in Custodial Operations and Floor Care
- Experience managing personnel
