Open Shifts:
Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday 8pm-8pm, and every other Tuesday 10pm-6am
Saturday-Tuesday 9:30pm-7:30am
Monday-Friday 11am-7pm
Thurs-Sun 12p-10p OR Thurs - Mon 2pm-10pm
Wednesday-Saturday 12pm (noon)-10pm
Candidates for consideration require either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field and two years of experience working with chronically mentally ill population; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Must have current driving license and vehicle
- Conducts Crisis Evaluations in a variety of community settings, from multiple referral sources for children, adolescents, and adults to assess risk and determine recommendations for client care. Referral sources include CARES/SASS, law enforcement, hospital settings, and individuals.
- Provides emergency and crisis intervention services to individuals and families, both face to face and via telephone/video.
- Provides and follows-up on referral and community resource linkage
- Maintains required training, licensure and/or certification
- Consults with staff concerning client and program issues and provides other case management services
- Works collaboratively with community providers
- Completion of required documentation within established timeframes
- Use of an Electronic Client Record, and additional call management software
- Demonstrates independent judgment and discretion in making position related decisions
- Participates in team meetings to assess clients’ progress
- Participates in emergency response activities as assigned
