Wednesday-Saturday 12pm (noon)-10pm

Candidates for consideration require either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field and two years of experience working with chronically mentally ill population; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Must have current driving license and vehicle

• Conducts Crisis Evaluations in a variety of community settings, from multiple referral sources for children, adolescents, and adults to assess risk and determine recommendations for client care. Referral sources include CARES/SASS, law enforcement, hospital settings, and individuals.
• Provides emergency and crisis intervention services to individuals and families, both face to face and via telephone/video.
• Provides and follows-up on referral and community resource linkage
• Maintains required training, licensure and/or certification
• Consults with staff concerning client and program issues and provides other case management services
• Works collaboratively with community providers
• Completion of required documentation within established timeframes
• Use of an Electronic Client Record, and additional call management software
• Demonstrates independent judgment and discretion in making position related decisions
• Participates in team meetings to assess clients’ progress
• Participates in emergency response activities as assigned
