Skills:

  • Proficient using Sabre Red global distribution system.
  • Proficient in making recommendations and booking international travel.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills, interfacing effectively with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
  • Strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and a large volume of work
  • Quickly learns new skills and adapts to an ever-changing environment
  • Strategic and analytical, with creative resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills pay strict attention to detail, and meets critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and can skillfully shift gears comfortably
  • Works cross functionally to influence alignment with key stakeholders on complex challenges
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Reserve Academy travel including transient, group, visa / passport processing, domestic and international travel, maintenance of accurate records, special requests, rooming lists, ground transportation, invites, communications, travel data, enterprise ID records, etc.
  • Act as travel liaison with customers, vendors and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction of traveling team members.
  • Stay current and share out timely relevant domestic and international travel alerts and best practices.
  • Resolve all emerging issues that may arise, with little to no supervision, to ensure outcome and / or experience expectations are met. Remain current with relevant industry changes and trends for travel and events.
  • Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules
  • Drive and ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rules Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements & Attendance

  • Up to 25% travel, as needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, if necessary
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
