Description:

Full-time, experienced copier and printer/IT field service technician in Orange County and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

- at least 5 years of experience in field-service (on-site repair of printers, copiers, MFP's) working for a dealer or corporation

- Experience in (or extensive experience with) one or more of the following brands: Sharp, Konica-Minolta, Canon, Lexmark, HP.

- intermediate to advanced networking and computer knowledge

- stable work history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 6 years

Skills:

- excellent verbal and written communication skills

- excellent customer service skills, with friendly and professional attitude and appearance

- excellent organizational skills

- ability to work independently, with and without direction

- sufficient knowledge and understanding of computers and operating systems to set-up and test equipment

- in-depth technical knowledge of copiers, printers and electrical components

Requirements:

- valid California driver’s license with excellent DMV driving record

- reliable transportation with valid insurance

- must have own tools

- must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

- must submit to drug and background screenings

Specific Duties:

- troubleshoot, repair and service copiers, printers, MFP’s and wide-format plotters at customers' sites

- install and set-up equipment in both stand-alone and networked environments

- provide scheduled maintenance service

- train end users on proper equipment usage

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
