Job description
The Controls Engineer I, Process Controls provides engineering design, commissioning and start-up of Process Controls projects sold by the Company. Implements project schedule and project budget.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing engineering design, commissioning and start-up of Process Controls projects sold by the Company.
- Implements project schedule and project budget.
- Conducts on-site commissioning and start-up of projects.
- Writes, diagrams or otherwise provides Process Control system documentation for end users.
- 5-25% travel.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred) or equivalent.
- Three months CAD experience.
- PLC programming experience or training.
Performs:
- PLC programming
- HMI design
- Control panel design
