Job Details
-
  • Implementing PLC based software projects using IEC61131-3 programming languages. Structured text is highly preferred
  • Improving control systems that including PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Stepper, and many other industrial control components
  • Troubleshooting system failures and reviewing/recommending redesigns of electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Designing control systems and part specifications on new machinery and updating existing equipment
  • Installing and ensuring machines are functional and meet the customer’s expectations
  • Providing technical support and training to customers
  • Managing documentation (schematics, BOM’s, Source code)

MUST HAVE, experience with MAJORITY of the following:


  • Motion control using pneumatic and electric actuation.
  • PC- and PLC-hardware applications, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Reading and creating electrical schematics
  • Designing and improving control system designs - (PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Stepper, etc.)
  • Willing to travel (less than 20%)

NICE TO HAVE, experience with:


  • B&R Automation
  • AutoCAD and Inventor
