Job Description

We are looking for experienced controllers to join our team. Primary responsibilities include:

· Oversee full accounting cycles

· Month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations and consolidation

· Financial and management reporting, analyses, forecasts, budgeting, financial results tracking & analysis, variance and flux analysis, cash management and ad hoc projects

· Cost accounting, inventory and overhead control and analyses

· Coordinate internal control review and audits, and external audits

· Review sales, VAT, property, business and income tax returns

· Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, taxes, team & organizational budgets and actual expenditures.

· Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve financial controls, guidelines, policies, procedures, and workflows.

· Special project management and accounting for multiple international entities

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

We are looking for an organized and trustworthy problem-solver to join the team.

Requirements:

· Master’s degree in accounting, business, or related fields

· 10+ years of experience in US GAAP/IFRS Accounting

· 5+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles Working knowledge of consolidation, costing, financial reporting, and analyses

· Must be motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Good Microsoft Excel skills and communication skills

· Bilingual in English and Chinese

Good to have:

· Experience with Peoplesoft and SAP ERP.
