The Contract Operations Analyst supports and improves operational processes and policies to increase the effectiveness of the Contract Management Team in serving the business through available and developing technology. This position meets with leadership and stakeholders to identify areas for development and strategies to enhance business processes. The Contract Operations Analyst uses analytical tools, critical thinking and problem solving to evaluate contract management systems for process improvement, as well as develop and deliver reports/dashboards related to these areas. Duties include analyzing processes, making recommendations, and overseeing updates for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify, develop, and execute project plans to support process improvement initiatives, including developing tools and processes that increase accuracy and efficiency.
2. Identify internal reporting needs for team, stakeholder, and leadership use; work with internal partners to determine how best to capture, represent data; and develop and deliver reporting and communication methods.
3. Document procedures, processes, and projects and ensure documentation is up to date.
4. Create and organize relevant information to provide self-service resources and generate reference tools for customers and stakeholders.
5. Build feedback loops with stakeholder business units and shared services to drive efficiencies.
6. Along with other team members, monitor the Contract Management queue to coordinate responses and fulfill requests for information and support from internal and external customers, auditors, regulators, partners, and other stakeholders.
7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure effective workflow, consistent process execution, and unified approaches to contract management.
8. Monitor Salesforce contract management activity to ensure forward progress toward established SLAs and data integrity.
9. Leverage technology to help facilitate an efficient contract management process.
10. Acquire knowledge in systems and processes.
11. Assist with special initiatives, as needed.
Salary Range is $50,000-$60,000
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (combination of education and experience may be substituted).
EXPERIENCE:
1. 4 years prior work experience in a fast-paced business environment, ideally in an analytical, technical, problem solving or project management role.
2. Minimum of 2 years prior experience analyzing, developing, implementing and updating processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
3. Business-to-business client service and project management experience.
4. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint), as well as databases, CRM systems (Salesforce), and Adobe Acrobat.
5. Prior contract-related experience preferred.
