We are currently seeking an experienced, results-oriented Continuous Improvement Manager in the Charlotte, NC area.

In this key leadership position as Continuous Improvement Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities and implement lean systems through collaboration with key team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Engages at a higher capacity, influences, and executes the strategy and vision of the company.
- Lead the operations efforts in identifying critical business gaps, selecting rapid improvement events, and ensuring proper preparation, team selection and execution of those events.
- Assist in deployment of the company’s strategic plan.
- Work with team members to develop standard lean improvement practices.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and ensure they are addressed as part of the management agenda.
- Work in partnership with management to understand, quantify, prioritize, and deliver process transformation opportunities.
- Drive a companywide culture of continual improvement and be seen as the champion for process development.
- Engage and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure they are aligned around the improvement concept, high-level process, and solution.
- Developing process enhancement strategies.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current company processes.
- Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
- Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes.
- Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management.
- Managing staff cohorts and teams of various sizes.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
- Staying up to date with developments in management and process optimization.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, process management, or operations.
- Master’s Degree would be beneficial.
- 5+ years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
- A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.
- A strategic and analytical mindset.
- Flexible with an ability to assimilate new knowledge and standards quickly.
- An excellent communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
