We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Construction Coordinator I based in our Baldwin Park, CA* real estate construction office, in the New Construction department. The Construction Coordinator will perform administrative and clerical duties such filing, typing, scanning and copying documents for the real estate and new construction teams. This person will report to the Administrative Assistant IV, New Construction.
The New Construction department is responsible for the building and development of In-N-Out Burger restaurants. This team works closely with other real estate development and construction teams.
This position is full-time, in-office only.
General Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties for the real estate and new construction offices
- Screens and transfers phone calls, answer emails, arrange meetings and accommodations, office supplies
- Assist the Construction Coordinator II in opening and sorting daily mail
- Handle and book travel for the new construction associates, process construction invoices, provide office and technical support to the superintendents and technicians
- Maintain files for each of the on-going construction projects; keep them updated
- Keeps track of preliminary notices and keep track of waivers and releases
- Special projects will be assigned as needed
- Will work with construction and development teams to build In-N-Out Burger restaurants
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time, Non-Exempt
- Pay Range is $25.75-$28.50 per hour
The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors. - Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm

Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience working as an Office clerk, Office Administrator or Coordinator, or as an Accounting clerk
- Preferable experience working in Construction and/or Real Estate development offices
- 3-5 years of accounting background, preferably in Construction Accounting
- 2-3 years experience in administrative support for the construction of fast food restaurants
- Must have intermediate word processing, spreadsheet and software skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite programs
- Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
