Renuity is seeking a Community Manager to join its best-in-class Marketing team at our headquartes in Coral Gables, FL. Community Manager acts as the liaison between an organization and its audience. They act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of $50,000-$60,000 per year commensurate on skills and experience

What You'll Do:
- Respond to reviews and messages from Facebook, Instagram, Yelp from consumers across divisions and brands in Sprinklr
- Monitor social media campaigns and analyze metrics the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Streamline workflow, provide feedback, and escalate messages when appropriate
- Update the response matrix as needed with alignment from Marketing teams
- Report back to divisions on performance and key insights from messages
- Collaborate with divisions in problem management and resolution
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPI's
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
