Looking for an opportunity to work for an established, innovative and successful real estate firm? Next Reaty is hiring a full time (minimum 32.5 hours/prefer full-time 40 hours) Community Coordinator for 620 N LaSalle, a historic, yet modern, office building offering flexible office spaces in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

Assets include retail, parking, industrial, office, and multifamily properties.
The Community Coordinator assists with the sales and marketing processes, as well as provides operational and administrative management support for the building and its clients. Key Responsibilities
- Sales/Leasing: supports the leasing process by organizing, preparing and coordinating social media and local marketing campaigns, collateral materials, tours and contract drafts and supporting all aspects of the sales/leasing/marketing process.
- Management/Hospitality: cultivating and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment & embodying the spirit of the brand by providing top notch hospitality and service; communicating policies and notifications to members; ensuring community facilities are properly cleaned, maintained and utilized effectively by members;
- Operations: providing coverage for inbound calls for clients, sales and the organization; handling client move-ins, move-outs and requests; and helping maintain a digital database containing the rent roll, tenant contact lists, expiration dates and payment info.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ years of hospitality/customer service, leasing, co-working, administrative and/or property management experience.
- Associate's degree, preferably in a business-related field; Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Proficiency with technology and ability to work comfortably in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi a plus.
- Ability to learn new technologies/software and tools including CRM and project management software.
- Strong interpersonal written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute effectively while managing a variety of priorities and projects.
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, DIY attitude!
