Symphony Risk Solutions is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage client accounts with white glove service. The ideal candidate is a self-motivator and poses a strong work ethic. Commercial insurance experience and knowledge is a must. Responsibilities:

• Manage submissions to carriers, including application preparation.
• Client management and relationships - handle daily communication with clients.
• Rating submissions online.
• Prepare proposals for new and existing clients.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy.
• Service clients by underwriting the account, processing policy changes, handling billing issues and audits.
• Binding policies.
• Prepare premium finance agreements.
• Invoicing policies.
• Setting up certificates of insurance.
• Reporting and following up on claims.
• Adhere to insurance best practices.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties when needed.

Requirements:

• 5 + years’ experience in commercial insurance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High School Graduate. College degree preferred but not required.
• Current insurance license.
• Experience using an Agency Management System (AMS360 highly desired)
• Strong work ethic – timely follow up, team oriented, proactive, detail oriented and dependable.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products. Deep knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Keeping informed on industry trends, markets and offerings.
