Job Title: Parts Manager - Rocco's Collision Center

Location: East Stroudsburg, PA

POSITION IS LOCATED AT 9091 FRANKLIN HILL RD EAST STROUDSBURG PA

Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Must have Collision Center / Auto Body experience.

As a Parts Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our body shop operates efficiently by managing all aspects of our parts department.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and inspect all incoming parts and invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Meticulously match parts to repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
• Collaborate closely with vendors, establishing strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
• Proactively follow up with vendors on credit requests, returns, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock levels are optimized.
• Identify opportunities to improve parts procurement processes and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Monitor and track all parts orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with the production team to prioritize parts for vehicles in active repair.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new product releases, and advances in automotive technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager in an automotive or collision repair facility.
• Solid understanding of automotive parts, their compatibility, and market pricing.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to effectively manage a high-volume parts department.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, technicians, and other team members.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems and CCC ONE.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
