We're seeking a dependable and organized individual to work in our Collections Department. The successful candidate will assist with accounts and collections in a fast-paced environment, so this is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and conscientious professional who is able to multitask, prioritize, and handle all responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process payments
• Contact delinquent account holders in order to collect on accounts.
• Screen and prepare files for approval to file and/or decline charges by Assistant District Attorney.
• Negotiate payment schedules
• Prepare Restitution agreements
• Provide customer service for collection issues
• Maintain customer files
• Communicate with other collectors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
