We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinician Recruiter and Student Liaison to collaborate with clinical leadership and lead our provider recruitment efforts. If selected for this role, your primary focus will be on building relationships with students and other healthcare professionals who rotate through OneWorld, creating a pipeline to recruit from for potential provider openings. You will collaborate with recruitment firms and other academic graduate medical education programs throughout the US to build a network of diverse candidates and recruitment contacts. You will own the provider recruitment process from start to finish including advertising opportunities, sourcing, pre-screening candidates, on-site interview scheduling and facilitation, and keeping up-to-date on current physician recruitment strategies and best practices. The person in this role will also focus on diversity recruiting by partnering with other DEI leaders, providing input on diversity strategy and recruiting programming, and building relationships with diversity organizations to create partnerships and increase brand awareness.

The salary for this position ranges from $60k to $85k depending on experience.

This is a full-time-time position located on our main campus in South Omaha (30th & L) although the selected candidate will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule once training is completed. The schedule will be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

• Experience recruiting healthcare providers or for a medical residency program strongly preferred.
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
• Experience with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.
• Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentational) required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with a focus on internal customer service and leadership.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Demonstrated ability to function well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
