We are looking for a full-time or 1-3 part time, contract Clinicians who functions as an independent healthcare provider who works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team and provides diagnostic assessment and treatment to adults, children, adolescents, couples and their families. We will need someone with flexibility who is able to work mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities include assessment/intake, treatment planning, individual, couple, and family therapy, case management, and related documentation. Emphasis will be placed on the provision of problem-focused, time-limited psychotherapy in conjunction with other mental health professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Timely with administrative tasks like completing/editing notes, items assigned in supervision, etc.
  • Commitment to learning and development (self and professional)
  • Willingness to offer an 18 month commitment, minimum
  • Coachable, teachable and open to feedback
  • Open to a “family-style” culture where connections are created inside and outside of the office
  • Genuine connection to their clients
  • Active desire to engage in hermeneutical reflection

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
  • Relevant license and/or certification or license/certification eligible as a Mental Health provider (i.e., Master of Marriage and Family Therapy, Associate license, actively moving towards full licensure)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
  • Strong ability to translate assessment information into treatment planning
  • Demonstrated success in working with a culturally diverse patient population and community
  • Demonstrated ability in managing stress and crisis situations
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal community resources available to patients
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
