Full Time Clinical Liaison - Must have Clinical Licensure (RN, PT, PTA)

CHI Franciscan Rehabilitation Hospital serves patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. The hospital is an exciting joint venture partnership between CHI Franciscan Health and Kindred Healthcare.


As a Clinical Liaison, you will have the ability to use your clinical skills while working in a strategic and fast-paced environment. You'll be:
  • Creating long-term relationships with members of the local healthcare community, including hospital Care Managers and Discharge Planners
  • Identifying and clinically evaluating patients to determine whether they are medically appropriate for admission to the inpatient rehabilitation hospital
  • Spending your workdays at an assigned group of hospitals, providing education to these community partners about why inpatient rehabilitation services is the best next step in some patients' recoveries
  • You'll also be meeting with patients and their families as well as members of their acute care or other healthcare teams to evaluate them from a clinical perspective and then partner with the medical and operational leaders at CHI Franciscan Rehabilitation Hospital to facilitate their admission.
Our Clinical Liaisons work Monday through Friday and must be available to work as needed (on-call) weekends on a rotation. Full time/Salaried position.

The range for this position will be $35.00 to $45.00 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this pay range, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this range.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Clinical Licensure required, Nurse preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous marketing/sales experience preferred

  • Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.

  • Formal Sales Training preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
