CE Broker, EverCheck & Immuware are sister products under one umbrella. The CE Broker solution is a full-lifecycle CE compliance platform for thousands of state and national licensure boards, agencies, associations, and millions of licensed professionals. The EverCheck solution monitors healthcare compliance and provides access to accredited learning courses for over 400 hospital networks nationally. The Immuware solution includes innovative vaccination management and illness tracking software, plus streamlined compliance status dashboards that increase accountability and take the guesswork out of identifying compliance gaps.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our Small Business Segment customers through automated communication strategies. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that our customers are satisfied, engaged, and able to achieve their business objectives by leveraging our product offering. This role requires a passion for customer success, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated communication strategies to engage and retain Small Business Segment customers, including email campaigns, in-app messaging, and other channels.

  • Proactively monitor and analyze customer usage patterns and behaviors to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive customer success and achieve business objectives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract renewals and price increases, working closely with the Sales team to develop and execute renewal strategies and negotiate price increases.

  • Continuously monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to drive increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, with a focus on Small Business Segment customers.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing automated communication strategies.

  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with customer success tools and software, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. This job is open to candidates authorized to work in the US and located within US borders.

Compensation Range: $65K - $75K
