Our childcare center combines learning experiences and structured play in a fun, safe and nurturing environment - offering more than just child care. Our child care program is seeking a Child Care Director who is talented, energetic, positive, honest, and FUN to lead our premier child care and preschool program! Director has to be 21 years of age, HS Diploma, have a current Bronze or higher Oklahoma Director's Credential, and PRIOR EXPERIENCE LEADING A CHILD CARE PROGRAM.

Position Responsibilities: As a director, you will oversee all aspects of our program and responsibilites will include:
- Passionately leading our team and interacting with children (infants, toddlers, preschoolers), families, and staff.
- Conducting classroom observations and center inspections to ensure compliance with program policies and regulations.
- Creating and implementing training in areas identified for growth.
- Training new staff and implementing new hire orientation.
- Conducting center tours and supporting enrollment efforts.
- Ensuring center is clean and presentable at all times.
- Maintaining inventory, organizing deliveries, and running errands to obtain supplies.
- Following systems to ensure proper and timely documentation.
- Review documents to ensure compliance and enter data online.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication as well as computer skills.
- Provide classroom coverage as needed.
- Manage projects to support the quality of our program.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
