As a full-time Center Manager at European Wax Center, you will use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! You will have the opportunity to develop, inspire, and motivate a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to achieve their personal best. Our ideal candidate is passionate about details and lives the culture and brand promise that makes European Wax Center and Wax Center Partner unique.

In this role you will:

• Set and achieve daily/monthly/annual goals for the center and the associates.
• Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
• Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Manage the guest experience and any issues that arise in a timely solution driven manner.
• Analyze business trends to schedule staff and manage time off requests accordingly.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed.
• Own and be accountable for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
• Grow and encourage WCP culture within the center.
• Provide an exceptional associate and guest experience.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of retail management experience, preferably with relevant industry experience.
• Flexible work schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to work 40+ hours a work week
• Demonstrated success in achieving operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing effective team members.
• Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems promptly.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the beauty industry business landscape and the ability to translate that knowledge into action to positively impact Center performance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive, personable, and detail-oriented.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms at all levels.
• Proven ability to create an open and positive work environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the ultimate team member and guest experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
