As a non-medical caregiver, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to seniors and disabled adults who require help with daily living activities. Your primary focus will be to assist with their personal and household needs while maintaining their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and disabled adults
• Help with meal preparation and planning
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Help seniors with mobility and exercise as needed
• Monitor medication schedules and assist with medication management
• Communicate regularly with family members or caregivers as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and services provided

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Good communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to perform the duties required
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

Pay: The pay for this position varies depending on credentials, job task, location, and experience.

• Active KS CNA: $14 - $15
• Non-CNA: $13 - $14
