As a Philia care provider, you will be joining a team that cares for you and together we will provide exceptional care to our clients. In addition to companionship, you will assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care), food prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, transportation, while empowering them to thrive in their home and community. We care for our clients as if they were an extension of our family.

REQUIREMENTS

•
Active MD CNA Certificate Required

•
1 year of nursing assistant care is required.

•
Certified Nursing Assistant license is required.

•
Current TB, CPR, and health screen.

•
Legal to work in US and ability to pass background check.

•
Ability to build rapport with patients

•
Compassionate and caring demeanor

•
Ability to work well in teams

•
Availability to start working immediately a plus

•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
