Job Title: Delivery Driver | Reports to: Dispensary Management

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes as scheduled
• Follow assigned routes and time schedule
• Load and unload coolers and prepare orders
• Inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Collect varieties of payments
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Provide a positive experience for each patient
• Assure orders are correct prior to departure
• Complete trainings as assigned
• Other tasks may be assigned by management

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations / No at-fault accidents in the last five years
• Can lift 50lbs
• Can bend, kneel, stand or sit as needed for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds overhead.Must be able to kneel, bend over, sit and stand for long periods of time.

Starting Wage: $16/hr. The Flowery offers yearly (or performance based) evaluations per the company's discretion. All full-time employees automatically qualify for benefits (health, dental and/or vision, short-term disability), PTO & Paid Holidays after their probationary period; which is 30 days.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a level 2 background check

Must be 21+

Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent

Must be able to lift 50 pounds overhead.

Must be able to kneel, bend over, sit and stand for long periods of time.
