We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center & Customer Service Agent to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
Salary:
$19.30 -$29.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone and email.
Facilitate and resolve client service requests.
Maintain daily contact with customers to document and report on the status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.
Set up client files and obtain necessary information.
Experience and Skills:
- High school degree
- Experience in dealing with the public.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good computer skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
