DSSI is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM). This position is responsible for generating and growing accounts in the Central Texas area. This includes responsibility for establishing new customer relationships and maintaining and growing existing customers.

DSSI is a women owned and operated Employment Services and Staffing Company. We started operations in California and have now expanded business to Central Texas. We specialize in several industries including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Clerical, and Social Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish sales goals with the management team for new customer targets.
• Draft staffing agreements and propose competitive bill rates.
• Generate viable opportunities from new and existing customer. Track and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Create and maintain a business plan with targeted new accounts. Develop strategy for penetrating existing and new clients.
• Engage in outside selling daily.
• Manage assigned territory in an organized and systematic fashion. Develop business through research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new clients.
• Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone and other electronic media.
• Responsible for revenue and profitable growth of new and existing customers.
• Research potential new business and current clients and update target list.
• Meet with Director of Client Relations and inside staff on a regular basis to communicate all client service priorities and business/sales opportunities.
• Provide information on clients or prospects for bids and proposals within assigned territory.

Position Qualifications:

• 3 plus years of sales experience in staffing industry.
• 3 years previous experience servicing, supporting, developing and generating major accounts.
• 2 years experience as a Business Development Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Clean Driver's Record.

Pay: $56,678.88 - $68,258.43 per year
