CHEF....
We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef to be a key player in the future success of this stunning hotel, covering both breakfast and evening shifts.
You will have the commitment and drive to make our guests happy.
As a member of our kitchen team, your role will be to ensure that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout breakfast service. You will ensure the famous Hampton breakfast is prepared to standard, and quality is maintained throughout. You will take ownership of health & safety, diligence, stock levels, and waste management.
What you will need…
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can multitask effectively whilst working with hotel management to ensure all relevant Food Safety tasks are completed daily, weekly & monthly as required. You will have previous experience preparing food to a high standard and a good working knowledge of food safety. Most importantly of all you will have bags of Hamptonality, which makes you a key player in a fresh, motivated team.
