Job description:
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases
• Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
• Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
• Verifying the accuracy of business accounts
• Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
• Preparing employee wages
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner

Skills

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
