Bilingual On-Site Recruiter
Pay: $18-25/hr
Located in Miami, Oklahoma
Large company is seeking an on-site recruiter to join our team! This position is fully trainable for the right person. Prefer prior recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
Recruit employees via job boards, resume sites, posters, flyers, referrals, etc
Process paperwork such as I9s, W4s, etc
Conduct employee orientations
Interview employees
Drive to neighboring towns to recruit talent
What we are looking for:
Someone with an outgoing personality that is willing to learn and make a positive impact on a great company.
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be bilingual- English/Spanish
