Orange Coast Infiniti is hiring a professional sales associate that can handle Internet and floor traffic. Our team is looking for an eager, hardworking individual who can handle up to 100 leads plus walk-ins. We are looking for a 15-car person, because we try to keep a small staff, giving you the opportunity to maximize your income. Orange Coast Infiniti sells on average 80+ cars a month (60 used and 20 new). Conveniently located right off the 405 near Huntington Beach, our store is centrally located in Southern California with the capacity to draw in customers from San Diego to Santa Barbara. The rare selection of our used cars has us shipping cars all over the country as well. Licenses

Valid Driver's License with satisfactory MVR

Requirements:

General Requirements

Job-Specific Requirements

Daily

  • Make phone contacts daily plus email and text message.
  • Must be computer proficient
  • Obtain the training necessary for factory qualifications.
  • Take test-drives with customers according to management’s guidelines for personal safety.
  • Present to management all offers made by customers to purchase vehicles.
  • Show concern for the customers’ needs throughout the sales process.
  • Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery and follow up processes from each customer.
  • Arrange the first service appointment for customers and contact the customer before and after the first appointment.
  • Acquire and maintain total product knowledge.

Professional Obligations

  • Timekeeping - Clock in and out daily including lunch.
  • Maintain excellent CSI scores
  • Attend all necessary manufacturer's training and become certified.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Attend Sales meetings.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to meet company's production and quality standards
