Busy domestic dealership in the Sacramento area is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team! We are looking for a bright, motivated, and energetic professional with great customer service. We offer an excellent opportunity in a growing environment. Responsibilities

• Monitoring inventory stock levels, manufacturer parts purchases, as well as aftermarket parts and accessories
• Responsible for conducting physical inventory and reconciliation
• Creating goals and new objectives, including managing the budget and a marketing plan promoting new and repeat business
• Keeping up-to-date on manufacturer policies and recommended procedures while acting as liaison with factory representatives
• Maintaining our high standard of customer service by addressing customer complaints immediately and within established dealership policies
• Maintain dealership quality standards

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years parts management
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus, but not required
• Inventory management and expense control
• We are a drug-free workplace
