• Perform audit engagements for a variety of entities, with an emphasis in local government audits
• Conduct general bookkeeping, payroll, and reconciliations, etc.
• Perform review, compilation, and prepare financial statements
• Prepare tax returns

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or higher
• CPA certified, CPA exam eligible, or active pursuit
• Familiarity with auditing standards and GAAP
• 2-4 years of CPA firm experience

Ken Loy first established the company at a single location in Alton, Illinois. The firm has expanded over the years to include additional locations in Jerseyville, Illinois and Greenfield, Illinois.
