Assisant Director (BACK OF HOUSE or FRONT OF HOUSE)

OVERVIEW:

RESPONISBILITIES:

• Leading teams to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts
• Aligning scheduling to put the right people in the right positions, and providing training to improve performance
• Monitoring labor and making necessary adjustments
• Support other leaders
• Execution of team huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page
• Knowing the correct way to handle guest problems
• Monitoring the grounds and inside of the building before end of shift
• Daily upkeep of quality monitoring tools
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning list
• Leaving the restaurant better than what you arrived that day
• Coaching all Team Members on these skills:
• ++ Hustle that creates a surprisingly fast Speed of Service
• ++ Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment (timers)
• ++Proactive thinking to anticipate business needs
• ++Cash management best practices
• ++Chick-fil-A "Core Four" and Second Mile Service

• Work a minimum of 30 hours per week (store hours 6:30am-11pm)
• Focus on coaching towards all related goals during their shifts

• Model reliability for the team
• Behave in a professional and mature manner
