Job Title: Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair various appliances in customers' homes, provide exceptional customer service, and help customers create a clean, comfortable, and protected living environment. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, fixing things, helping others, and being on the move. We offer a competitive compensation package, including hourly base rates of $18-$30 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional performance bonuses and sales incentives throughout the year. Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair appliances in customers’ homes.

· Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.

· Provide customers with value-added solutions.

· Keep the company truck well-maintained and organized.

· Use company-provided smartphone and app to order parts and provide technical support.

· Follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.

· Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or general education degree.

· EPA Type I or EPA Universal (Refrigeration Positions) certification.

· Mechanical knowledge, including use of testing and repair tools.

· Ability to use a smartphone, including for part ordering.

· Clear background check and drug screen.

· Valid driver’s license for the state in which you work.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience as an appliance repair technician.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to lift and move heavy appliances.
