We are currently seeking to hire an All-Source Production Analyst to work with our Federal Strategic Cyber group in Arlington, VA.
This position is part of the Operations Center Team for a federal client's 24/7 SCIF/Operations Center, which is the hub for staying on top of threats and emerging risks to our nation’s critical infrastructure. Through this operation center, the federal government coordinates situational awareness and response to national cyber, communications, and physical incidents.

Position Description:
- The All Source Production Analyst functions as a technical writer and editor preparing material for publications, reporting, and briefings for senior leadership.
- The analyst coordinates with the cyber SMEs to ensure technical cyber information is accurate and edits reporting for grammar and formatting.
- Coordinate publications, reports, notifications, briefings, and other collateral material and is responsible for final reviews of proposed publications for style, design, layout, and editorial aspects before government approval.
- Research, analyze, and perform technical review on triage of questions, issues, or events involving the nation's critical infrastructure. As part of the Operations Center Team, is able to understand technical cyber incident reporting and extract pertinent information for further dissemination to Senior Leadership.
- Support the government client in developing, writing, formatting, and editing technical and non-technical information for reports, manuals, procedures, processes, briefs, and other forms of documentation.
- Collect all sources of information in support of global, regional, or local threats to critical infrastructure for situational awareness. Researches and conducts analysis of associated cyber activities or natural disasters.
- A successful candidate for this position will be able to work in an often fast paced environment, has the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change.
- Provide technical and editorial document review, written feedback, and expertise on draft cyber/infrastructure security information documents.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures documents, testing and certification of government and contractor operations personnel and maintains training records.
- Enable updates to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to carry out detailed customer functions.
- Maintain contact information, distribution lists, alerting capabilities and reports for CISA.
- The successful All Source Production Analyst candidate will work at a 24x7x365 Classified Operations Center.
- Shifts are assigned based on the needs of the team and include rotating assignments:
- Shift 1: M-F 0600 – 1400
- Shift 2: M-F 1400 – 2200
- Shift 3: M-F 2200 – 0600
- Shift 4: S/S 0600 – 1800
- Shift 5: S/S 1800 – 0600
- Shifts are assigned based on the needs of the team and include rotating assignments:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience, or Master’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of related technical experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Cyber security/IT security professional technical writing and editing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience executing operational procedures and maintaining documents.
- U.S. citizenship and an Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- In addition, selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation for continued employment.
- Experience as an All-Source Intel Analyst in Joint Operations Center and/or US Government fusion center and supporting Mission Managers.
- All Source Intel Analyst experience supporting Operations & Integration cells w/in DoD, DoS, or IC’s.
