Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility committed to hiring individuals who take pride in their career choice and enjoy serving residents with compassion and love. We are currently looking to hire a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring nursing staff
- Monitoring patient care
- Auditing electronic medical charts
- Providing expert knowledge and training in nursing
- Making independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Assisting the DON
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- State of Missouri licensed RN
- One or more years of RN experience in Skilled/LTC
- References indicating honesty, good attendance, dependability, performance, and leadership abilities
- Computer skills
- MDS knowledge preferred
