Premier Roofing Company is looking for our next great teammate to join our team as a seasonal Administrative Assistant.

This position is responsible for assisting the General Manager, Branch Sales Manager, and other teammates with day-to-day and project specific assignments. We put a big emphasis on our customer service and internal atmosphere in each of our divisions. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and will help to organize the operations to take our branch to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to:

• Answer and conduct phone calls
• Manage database entry
• Maintain prospect database for sales
• Keep written procedures up to date
• Prepare reports and contracts
• Prepare new jobs for production
• Field requests for payment to vendors
• Apply for permits
• Organize community events
• Assist in Marketing programs
• Prepare tools for Sales, Production, and Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• EXCELLENT organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Decision making/ Problem solving
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and follow through
• Ability to multitask and maintain poise under pressure
• Ability to follow systems and processes
• Someone who will take ownership of their role to see their branch and Premier succeed
• Excellent Customer Service
• Hard working and a Positive Attitude are a MUST

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $40,000.00/Yearly Salary
• Full-time, Seasonal
• Apparel provided by Premier
