ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include:
- Work closely with Director in fortifying YMO's practices of record-keeping, data tracking, creating reports, and delivering outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Support and develop new ways of communicating and marketing YMO services to make sure youth and service providers have a clear picture of our services
- Arrange meetings and other gatherings with YMO participants, volunteers, and potential funders
- Creating and maintaining office documents: office documents such as, letters, correspondences, invoices, reports, data sheets
- Handle daily and monthly bookkeeping and financial documentation
- Assist in the gathering and organization of information in preparation for audits, reports, etc.
- Oversee the ordering, receipt, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Keep all Business Services forms stocked at all times for access by staff
- Provide clerical and procedural support as needed.
- Other duties as required

- Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work including administrative, clerical and office machine operation

Equipment and Computer Software Skills and Abilities:
- Computer literate (basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Able to operate standard office equipment, including fax machines, photocopier machines, calculators, adding machines, postage machine, personal computers and terminals
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Regularly work indoors in temperature controlled environment
- Potential exposure to blood borne pathogens
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
- Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams) and electronic medical record systems preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
PQI STATEMENT

SALARY RANGE:$16.50 - 20.00 hourly range
