Administrative Assistant
Job description
1. Maintain CEO calendar; schedule all internal/external meetings, events and travel arrangements, establish appointment priorities.
2. Proactively confirm meetings, reservations, etc. and ensure the CEO has all necessary information for all appointments in advance (i.e. materials, driving/parking directions, reservation confirmations, etc.)
3. Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, including maintaining a log of all incoming check payments/donations made to IFHC.
4. Works with IFHC staff to provide administrative services to including but not limited to, maintaining, updating, and distributing IFHC manuals for internal or external use.
5. Orders supplies including medical supplies, condoms, and CLIA waived tests for internal and external clinics.
6. Greets visitors, answers telephones.
7. Orders office supplies for all IFHC operated offices.
8. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indianapolis, IN 46208: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
