Ambassador Personnel is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client in Irondale, AL.
Room for advancement
Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm
No Weekends
The Administrative Assistant ensures that front office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Their primary responsibilities include greeting customers, employees, and clients, answering phone calls, and determining necessary action.
Duties/Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
- Manage client contracts.
- Greet customers, employees, and clients, answer phone calls and assess appropriate action to take or where to direct call
- Dispatch service calls
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Submit and receive invoices through online billing program - Quick Books experience
- Create, update, and submit reports via required methods – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Other duties as assigned: Administrative, Clerical, Receptionist, Office Management
Required Skills/Abilities for Administrative Assistant:
- Ability to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to process information quickly and efficiently and apply practical solutions to problems
