Position Description

This position is responsible for ensuring accounts payable is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations and company policies. This role will have excellent time management skills to ensure all daily and monthly deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• 
  Support the full cycle AP process – enter invoices into the Accounting System, post vouchers, issue checks and generate ACH payments.
• Manage the AP Invoicing mailbox ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendor and employees.
• Route and track invoices through DocuSign for approvals.
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner, reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.
• Retrieve documents to support customer invoicing, audit, and research.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Minimum Education/Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school degree. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5-9 years of full cycle accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.
• Some knowledge of accounts payables principles and practices required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-sufficient with the ability to adapt to a changing environment with a sense of urgency.
• Must be organized and detailed with the ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with individuals within and outside the organization.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Reliable, motivated individual dedicated to quality performance.

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri
