Account Clerk, Health Department – Part time – Montville Township, Morris County.

Maximum of 5 hours per day (Monday through Friday); maximum of 25 hours per week. Preferred hours: 11:30am – 4:30pm. Salary commensurate with experience. Candidate must: possess strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; have or be willing to complete New Jersey Certified Municipal Registrar training and perform all statutory duties of a Certified Municipal Registrar; and have the ability to work both independently and cooperatively with government officials, department heads, employees, volunteers, and the general public. Knowledge of Edmunds financial software preferred. Main responsibilities include assisting with office duties, accounts payable and receivable, licensing, assisting the public with general public health inquiries, and assisting with coordination of the Dial-A-Ride senior transportation program.
