We are seeking a General Manager to join our team!

Position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our home delivery cross-dock facility in Grove City, OH.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Middle and/or Last Mile Home Delivery, Minimum 1 year.

Experience in managing Independent/Contract Carriers relationships

Experience in operating facility-based home delivery.

Inventory/Warehouse experience

Robust Customer Relations skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Leadership qualities a must

Microsoft Office proficient

About Us: Retail Direct is a leader in 3rd party logistics specializing in home-delivery of appliances and home goods for major retailers. This facility/position is located in Grove City, OH.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following.

Lead a team of warehouse managers, supervisors, and associates

Track daily results and trends for business forecasting

Build a customer relationship with all locations serviced through the facility.

P&L responsibility; manage all budgeted expenses

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Achieve metrics targets for assigned territory

Maintain strong client relationships within territory

Devise effective daily territory planning strategies

Achieve annual territory revenue objectives

Identifying opportunities within the territory

Encourage innovation for on-going success

Contractor Recruiting & daily contractor relations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
