Interface Youth Program Northwest is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to work with at-risk youth as caregivers in a residential setting. As a Youth Care Worker, you will be a coach and positive role model. You will help youth learn and demonstrate social skills, positive relationship behaviors, and successful job and school attendance skills. As a member of our team, you will receive training and attend staff meetings identified as being essential to success on the job.

Qualified candidates will possess and demonstrate the following:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive mindset
• Experience working with youth and children preferred
• Must be able to attend required staff training on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 4-6 p.m.

Education requirements: High School diploma

Shifts available: Part-time weekend, day, evening and overnight

Applicants who complete the skills assessment and submit a statement demonstrating how they possess each of the qualifications listed above will be selected for an interview.
