Your Patio Store Showroom Associate

Then look no further, Your Patio Store is looking Showroom Associates to provide customers with a unique shopping experience through the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction. We offer a wide selection of modern high-end outdoor furniture. As one of the leaders in the high-end patio furniture industry, Your Patio Store is now expanding it's South Florida market.

Be prepared to meet customers’ expectations through in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Showroom Hours:

Monday-Friday: 11am-7pm

Saturday: 10am-7pm

Sunday: 11am-5pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Deliver a positive shopping experience to every customer every time.
• Maximize the sales experience through a positive attitude and knowledgeable approach to ensure excellent customer service.
• Greet customers in a prompt, professional, polite manner.
• Be courteous in answering customer questions; developing solutions; and making merchandise recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with the customer as you move them through the sales process.
• Effectively cooperate and work with peers, office personnel, and management.
• Submit accurate post-sale order entry and complete administrative process.
• Keeps management informed by making suggestions and recommendations for changes in products, services, and processes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge by attending meetings, training sessions, and learning store sales functions.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assume any additional duties that may be assigned.
• Must be able to work overtime

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, Saturdays and Holidays.

• A strong customer focus

• Commitment to delivering quality solutions and maintaining effective customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

• Motivation necessary for achieving or surpassing objectives,

• Ability to multi-task, work both independently and as a team player with sales colleagues.

• Excellent negotiation skills to secure and close deals.

• Exceptional presentation skills, verbal skills, and equally strong listening skills.

• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong math functions – with use of a calculator

• Showroom sales experience is a plus

• Computer skills, with working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.

• Spanish and/or Russian speaker is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time hourly wage + Commission Structure

Potential Salary: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 + per year.

Job Type: Full-time

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Required)
