Workday Team Manager – Workday HR & Financials

A well known market leader in the Frankfurt area who have recently deployed Workday HCM and Workday Financials are looking to appoint a skilled Workday Manager who can play a leadership role in a team of 8 workday specialists. Your responsibility will cover both Workday HR and Workday Financials but we’re able to consider Managers with expertise in either domain who are looking to expand their footprint across all of Workday.

Your role and your team will be remote in Germany or elsewhere in the EU. Salary on offer is highly competitive and will likely be in the range of €90,000 > €110,000 + Bonus + benefits

Workday Team Manager – Required Profile:

• Highly experienced Workday specialist with experience gained across Support and Service Management, Implementation and Strategy
• An established people Manager with the experience to lead teams of skilled Systems Analysts across HCM and Financials
• A skilled Stakeholder Manager able to establish credibility and manage the expectations of Senior Managers and Directors
• Fluency in German is essential
• Strategic outlook, able to take ownership of the Workday roadmap for the organisation and able to advise about effective utilisation, the suitability of new developments and driving user adoption
