Provisions Health is a direct pay medical clinic and a provider of government-outsourced occupational health and disability examination services in the nation. Our head-quarters are in Eau Claire, WI with 50+ satellite locations throughout the US and growing.

Our organization, Provisions Health, is a 3rd party contractor with the VA to provide military entrance exams. These exams are completed via Telehealth. This position is a 1099 contract position and paid per exam.

Requirements:

• Physicians (MD/DO) in Psychology;
• Provider has an clear active license in any state;
• Provider must be Board Certified;
• Providers must complete Federal onboarding.
